At the program level, VAC provides a reporting and data analysis capability that documents financial and performance data on a monthly basis. Call detail activity and revenue generated through the month are required to determine compensation for the customer and the prime contractor. VAC produces these reports and well as ad hoc reporting to support the business objectives of the customer and/or the prime.
VAC provides data analysis on call activity through the use of audit tools that confirm call activity is captured, validated and priced correctly. Performance metrics for customer service are also generated within this service offering.
